Proposal to amend Rule 11.6, Definitions; Rule 11.8, Order Types; Rule 11.9, Priority of Orders; Rule 11.10, Order Execution; and Rule 11.11, Routing to Away Trading Centers.
EDGA Exchange, Inc. proposed to amend Rule 11.11, Routing to Away Trade Centers, to delete references to the ROOC routing option and to update routing options IOCM and ICMT.
EDGA Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend Rule 11.2 to state that the Exchange will not designate for trading any security admitted to unlisted trading privileges on the Exchange unless that security satisfies certain liquidity requirements
EDGA Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend Rule 11.11, Routing to Away Trading Centers, to delete references to the ROLF routing option, which routed orders to LavaFlow ECN.
EDGA Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend certain rules to adopt or align system functionality with that currently offered by BATS Exchange, Inc. and BATS Y-Exchange, Inc.
